This activity is designed to provide information, referral services, and training for parents of children birth through 12. The Parent Specialist provides unbiased childcare referrals using NACCRRAware database. In addition, the Parent Specialist works with businesses to address childcare needs. One-on-one and group parenting classes are provided through this program. (This program is a collaborative grant between Smart Start and NC Division of Child Development and compliments the Child Care Resource and Referral program).
