Program Evaluator

This activity makes it possible for Duplin County partnership to employ an evaluator to work closely with the local partnership board of directors, staff and meet with direct service providers (DSP). Some of the responsibilities of the Evaluator include ensuring accountability, building capacity, monitoring effectiveness of programs, developing and measuring outputs and outcomes, and submitting the mandated quarterly program reports.
