Child Care Resource and Referral Services (CCR&R) is a community-based service that is designed to provide an effective child care delivery system. CCR&R is the only service in Duplin County to provide a link between childcare providers, families who need care, and employers and community planners who address child care needs. This is an activity that supports the families of young children (birth through five) by helping to improve the quality of childcare.
